The design principle of sensual purity is being translated from the car industry to the architectural world. Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti is characterised by its distinctive elliptical exterior, reminiscent of the flowing lines on a host of ultra-modern Mercedes-Benz cars. These include the Concept CLA Class, which was introduced at the International Automobile Association Mobility 2023, the high-performance Vision One-Eleven, and the futuristic VISION EQXX. Rising to 341 metres (1,118 feet), the hyper-tower is located in the heart of the city with uninterrupted views of the world-famous Burj Khalifa, in the prime location of Downtown Dubai.

Mercedes-Benz Places Binghatti is comprised of a collection of 150 apartments, which includes a finely balanced variety of units ranging from two to four bedrooms, as well as five penthouses. To enhance the desirable brand experience, each house has been painstakingly created to the highest possible standard. The tower is made up of three primary components, the first of which is the core, which is comprised of the horizontally structured balconies.
Secondly, there is the adjacent lamella structure, which is characterised by its dynamic lines. It acts as a frame that spans the full volume of the tower, and as a result, it contributes to the overall look of the structure with its presence. The third component is the completely closed southern facade, which is distinguished by the cladding that it possesses.
