Connect with Mallorca’s Natural Beauty in a Five Star Retreat.

Set high above Port de Sóller on the unspoilt northwest coast, Jumeirah Mallorca offers a distinctive clifftop retreat where the beauty of the Mediterranean meets the majesty of the Tramuntana Mountains. The hotel, re-opening March 15th, is the leading luxury destination in Mallorca with panoramic views and once in a lifetime guest experiences. We took at closer look at some of the experiences on offer.

Sanctuary and rejuvenation

The award-winning Talise Spa and Fitness centre provides a sanctuary for anyone seeking rejuvenation, featuring extensive amenities and expert therapists. It is the only Spa on the island with such dramatic mountain views, enjoyed by guests from the hydropool and loungers. Open to non-hotel guests for treatments and day passes, there are also seasonal memberships available.

Dining with a view

The hotel hosts five restaurants including signature dining at Cap Roig Brasserie, Es Fanals Restaurant, and Nikkei inspired cuisine at Sunset Lounge, each offering panoramic vistas over the azure blue waters – it’s the perfect Instagram shot! Perched at the highest point, restaurant Es Fanals is redefining the luxury dining experience, marrying breathtaking views with exquisite cuisine. Recently listed by Michelin Guide Spain, the restaurant’s philosophy is to elevate the authentic flavours from the Balearic Islands to the centre stage and champion local, seasonal ingredients.

Bespoke fragrance

Viti Vinci, renowned for its expertise in perfumery, and Jumeirah Mallorca offer an exclusive olfactive experience to hotel guests. The 2025 season will open with a full “Tramuntana Mist” range of bathroom amenities in each room, lobby fragrance, plus a special opportunity for guests to visit the Palma perfumery and personally learn about the creation of the fragrance.

Viti Vinci and Jumeirah Mallorca collaborated to develop the "Tramuntana Mist" range, combining Viti Vinci's mastery in crafting bespoke scents with Jumeirah Mallorca's commitment to providing authentic guest experiences. Known for their natural, niche perfumes, Viti Vinci has curated a scent that embodies the sun-dappled citrus groves, refreshing sea breezes, and timeless beauty of Mallorca’s landscapes.

Hotel guests can take a private tour to the Atelier, where they can witness Viti Vinci 'in action' in the heart of Palma’s old town. During the experience, guests will get a firsthand glimpse into the art of perfumery, observing the meticulous process of crafting all-natural fragrances.

The drive of your life

This season, the hotel will unveil an extraordinary new land-based experience, exclusive to the hotel’s guests. Adventure lovers will embark on an unforgettable journey through the breathtaking Tramuntana mountains, chauffeured in a luxury Jumeirah Mallorca 4x4, to the renowned Sa Calobra on the northwest coast of the island. The adventure reaches its pinnacle as guests navigate the legendary Sa Calobra road, famed for its challenging hairpin bends, celebrated in the world of motorsports. The scenic descent leads to the iconic Sa Calobra ‘cala’—a secluded bay framed by dramatic cliffs and crystal-clear waters.

Mallorcan art

Further enriching the diversity and local commitment, the hotel continues its collaboration with internationally renowned Soller artist Francesca Marti and the iconic Gerhardt Braun Gallery. Guests will also have access to exclusive private tours of both the Gerhardt Braun Gallery and Francesca’s art studio organized through the hotel’s concierge. Throughout the season there will be meet-the-artist presentations in the hotel lobby with an outreach across the island’s art-inspired community.

Private carriage dining

Step back in time aboard a historic wooden train, as you embark on a journey through the breathtaking mountainous landscapes. Connecting Soller to Palma, with a scenic stop in Bunyola, this hour-long ride offers a unique experience for Jumeirah guests, blending nostalgia with luxury. As the train winds its way through charming villages and offers spectacular viewpoints, you'll also indulge in a curated selection of local food and wine tastings. This personalized journey invites you to savor the rich flavors of Mallorca’s agricultural heritage, with a menu crafted to reflect the island's traditional cuisine.

Private finca lunch

The nearby town of Santa Maria is adorned with vineyards and, arriving at the majestic finca at the Macia Batle winery, hotel guests will be warmly welcomed into a traditional Mallorcan environment. After a detailed personal tour, guests will experience a wine pairing with seasonal local lunch, accompanied by the intricate knowledge of the owner. For those wanting to ‘earn’ their calories, this immersive experience can also be combined with a guided hike from the hotel to the bodega.

Let yourself sink into the rhythm of island life, where Jumeirah's warm hospitality enriches the allure of this destination within a destination.
