Throughout the month of December, 31 Avenue George V will play host to a number of festive gatherings. Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris is once again shaking up the hotel landscape, concluding the year in style with a full calendar of holiday activities that will take place throughout the course of the last month of 2023.

Beginning on December 1 and running through January 1, the hotel will host a series of immersive and wonderfully surprise nights centered upon its Michelin-starred cuisine. Celebrity chefs and visual artists will collaborate to make each meal an opportunity for personal expression. Jeff Leatham, the hotel's esteemed creative director, is known for his spectacular gold and silver Christmas decorations that leave visitors of all ages in amazement.

On December 1st, "Opera Notes" will be hosted in the three Michelin-starred restaurant Le Cinq to kick off the Hotel's celebrations. great coral sheets of lobster with matured royal oscietra caviar and a delectable wild duck breast, all particularly produced by Christian Le Squer, will be served alongside great wines selected by Eric Beaumard. The chef's culinary masterworks will be performed in perfect harmony with live piano and violin music, complemented by the lovely voices of opera singers.

On December 9th, revelers will fill Le George for an evening of nonstop festivities. A unique Mediterranean meal with shared plates cooked with locally sourced ingredients and constructed with a festive touch will be served throughout the energizing evening named "Extravaganza." Chef Simone Zanoni will be in charge of the kitchen. The evening will be a lovely social event that will take guests from Forte dei Marmi in Tuscany to Rome, Italy.

On the 16th of December, guests may enjoy Chef Alan Taudon's signature cuisine at L'Orangerie while soaking up the hotel's signature La Galerie's distinctly Parisian atmosphere. For this swanky event involving theatrical and musical performances, the Hotel's mixologists will concoct the city's most renowned drinks, reinterpreted with a whimsical 'Paris is a party!' twist, so that visitors may feel the city's vivid and explosive spirit firsthand.

Special Christmas Eve menus, crafted by Michelin-starred chefs and including dishes made with meticulously chosen, high-quality ingredients, will transport diners into the holiday spirit. Wild Turbot with Oscietra Caviar may be enjoyed at La Galerie, while Perle Blanche Oysters with Champagne can be had at Le Cinq and Le George. A Gospel choir will add their heartfelt song to the already joyous atmosphere of the Hotel during these celebratory feasts.

The next day, Pastry Chef Michael Bartocetti creates a magical Christmas Tea-Time event. Accompanied by the melodious voices of a Gospel choir and gentle piano tunes, this enchanting afternoon can be enjoyed with family and friends in the magnificent setting of La Galerie. Santa Claus himself will make an appearance during the celebrations. Starting on the first of December, guests may indulge in this tempting spread of sweets to satisfy their sweet tooth or take a break from their hectic holiday shopping.
