Ferrari Announces Six Debuts at Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The Goodwood Festival of Speed this year will see the introduction of no fewer than six Ferrari cars. Every model is the epitome of Italian performance, design, and technical innovation. The brand is also honoured to have a large number of ardent Ferrari collectors representing it, who have also contributed an amazing collection of vintage racing Ferrari models, including the breathtaking Ferrari 166, the exquisite and incredibly successful Ferrari 640 Formula One race car, the Ferrari 333 SP endurance racer, and the Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo.
The renowned Goodwood Hill will see the ascent of 26 distinct iterations of the renowned Cavallino, with the following models making their exciting premiere in the UK:
Ferrari Roma Spider: With its "en plein air" design, the Ferrari Roma Spider provides an exceptional fusion of elegance, performance, and adaptability while striking the ideal balance between comfort and enjoyment. With a total displacement of 3855 cc and a 90-degree twin-turbo V8 engine, the Roma Spider delivers the utmost driving pleasures with a maximum output of 620 cv at 5750–7500 rpm.
Ferrari 812 Competizione A: Based on the Ferrari 812 Superfast, this limited-edition special series model is a remarkable targa-top version that honours Ferrari's rich open-top tradition while letting drivers experience the symphony of the naturally aspirated V12 engine.
Ferrari SF90 XX Spider: This model is a stablemate of the Ferrari SF90 XX Stradale, which currently holds the record for the fastest lap time by a road car on the Fiorano circuit. The Ferrari SF90 XX Spider employs new software logics, radical new aerodynamics solutions, and a fixed rear spoiler—the first seen on a road-going Ferrari since the F50—to increase performance to an impressive 1,030 cv.
Ferrari SP-8: A private client entered the Ferrari SP-8 and had it customised to their specifications as part of Ferrari's One-Off initiative, which offers customers the extraordinary chance to essentially build the Ferrari of their dreams. The most distinctive aspect of the SP-8 is its lack of a roof, which highlights its athletic nature and transforms it into a purebred two-seater roadster in every way.
Ferrari 499P Modificata: The Ferrari 499P Modificata, which debuted in 2023, is modelled by the 499P Hypercar, which won Le Mans twice. This historic event in Ferrari's racing history symbolises the brand's dedication to performance and innovation. Developed straight from a racing vehicle rather than a production model, the Ferrari 499P Modificata is a track-only model intended for gentleman drivers for use exclusively on closed circuits. It is free of technical regulations.
Ferrari 296 Challenge: Based on the 296 GTB, the Ferrari 296 Challenge provides professional and gentlemanly drivers with a vehicle that has unparalleled handling, outstanding performance, and remarkable reactivity. Competitors in Ferrari's one-make championship may experience thrilling race weekends on the top circuits in the world with this mid-rear V6-powered berlinetta.
Without the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team and Ferrari Drivers, Ferrari's presence at Goodwood wouldn't be complete. The 2001 Ferrari F2001 and the 2017 SF70H will be raced by Scuderia Ferrari.
