MOËT & CHANDON: TRIBUTE TO FRENCH CULTURE, STYLE, AND HOSPITALITY.

Together with ChefYannick Alléno, Moët & Chandon have launched Moët in Paris by Allénos, a fleeting tribute to French culture, style, and hospitality. Enjoy a season-long fête at this city centre restaurant, bar, and event venue, complete with exquisite culinary experiences set to whimsical design and a touch of trademark Parisian flare.

Moët & Chandon provides a sophisticated, creative, and festive venue for locals and tourists alike to celebrate in the summer, drawing in a large number of foreign visitors to Paris. It’s the perfect spot to catch up with old friends or make new ones.

Yannick Alléno, a Michelin-starred chef and longtime Mot & Chandon ambassador, is in charge of the culinary experience, Benoît Gouez, a longtime Cellar Master for Mot & Chandon,

is in charge of creating the sparkling cocktails, and Charles de Vilmorin, a fashion designer and illustrator, is responsible for the whimsical décor. Cocktails, live music, DJ sets, tasting events, unexpected celebrity visits, and Champagne Happy Hour are just a few examples of the French savoir-fête, or the art of partying well, that is available.

“Moët in Paris by Allénos blends the grandeur of our gastronomic heritage with the vibrant spirit that defines modern Paris,” explainsYannick Alléno. “It’s a place where each glass of

Moët & Chandon is not just a toast, but also a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and the shared joy that only such timeless elegance can inspire. We’re not just creating meals, we’re crafting memories woven into the very heart of the city— each one as effervescent and unforgettable as this champagne.

Charles de Vilmorin, a dynamic figure in French haute couture, subtly honours nature—the very essence of the house—by crafting a setting that is as memorable as the clothes themselves through a kaleidoscope of brilliant hues and magical flowers. The room is a whimsical and imaginative sphere where guests are instantly embraced in the joy of the present and their connections with others as abstract light filters through the windows and joyful faces pop out of the graphic murals that adorn the walls.

“Moët & Chandon evokes a way of living that particularly inspires me: a fantasy, openness, a sense of celebration and sharing,” affirms the designer Charles de Vilmorin. “My vision was to offer clients and visitors an immersive experience in a dreamlike and offbeat world that highlights the festive spirit and French whimsy so evident in the House’s image.”

As they savour the culinary specialties prepared by ChefYannick Alléno, diners are encouraged to strike up conversations and enjoy one another’s company. At this pop-up, people exchange real glances, start discussions, and the evening is lifted by the clinking of Moët & Chandon glasses, creating a nexus of actual connection. Exquisite culinary expertise, bubbly champagne, and cheerful camaraderie come together flawlessly.
