Move, Recover, Restore: A Wellness Adventure.

With the help of London-based wellness consultant Oyogo, Independent UK group Exclusive Collection has introduced a selected series of fitness and holistic health retreats. Specialists in the fields of performance sports, breathwork training, cold water exposure, yoga, sound bathing, and rehabilitation teach at the Pennyhill Park and South Lodge two-day retreats in Surrey and West Sussex.

For those who want to get a head start on their fitness goals for the New Year, Pennyhill Park is offering a high-energy weekend retreat that will help attendees get the confidence and tools they need to reach their fitness and performance goals. The Move, Recover, Restore event will take place on November 18–19 and will feature functional training sessions led by fitness trainer James Stirling and restorative and recovery breathwork sessions led by trainer David Jackson.

Pennyhill Park's 120 acres of gardens and 45,000-square-foot award-winning spa will be available to visitors all weekend long. Facilities include a state-of-the-art exercise complex; a selection of indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; thermal and sensory experiences; 23 relaxation rooms; a comprehensive spa menu; and the recently inaugurated private Spa Cabanas. Since 2003, the England rugby team has called Pennyhill Park, home to its 40m x 40m 4G indoor field and outdoor sprint track, its primary training venue.

Recently, South Lodge, in association with Oyogo in the Sussex countryside, hosted a holistic health retreat to help visitors rest and reconnect. Wild swimming and cold water immersion, a sound bath, an energy healing journey, Vinyasa yoga, and breathwork were all part of the retreat. In the early years of 2024, there will be another retreat.

These thrilling Oyogo weekend getaways are perfect for people who want to treat themselves to a rejuvenating experience this winter or get a head start on their fitness goals for the new year. Oyogo has a remarkable roster of world-class instructors, from Olympic medalists to experts in alternative therapies like sound healing. Trainers for Move, Recover, and Restore will consist of:
