Noci, a contemporary pasta restaurant, opened its doors in May, giving Richmond a new "favourite local" to call out to. The dishes are produced with ingredients that are sourced from farmers and craftsmen located all throughout Europe.
The silk handkerchiefs, which are a Noci staple that are given a seasonal touch, and the veal and pig Genovese ragu with Monks' head cheese, which is served tableside, are two of the restaurant's signature dishes. Dishes such as the Tiger Prawn Gnochetti with roasted red peppers, oranges, and tarragon are served alongside Noci's characteristic brown butter cacio e pepe ziti, which is popular among foodies.
At Noci, a fine dining experience always begins with a selection of nibbles and a spritz for the table. The focaccia is prepared in the kitchen on a daily basis, making it an ideal snack to enjoy while selecting from a selection of smaller meals, such as the 'Nduja arancini with Parmesan foam, which is a favourite with both the crew and the guests, prior to the main event, which is the pasta. In the dessert section of Noci, you can choose from a variety of alternatives, such as the palate-cleansing lemon and yoghurt bodino or the rich, plant-based chocolate mousse with olive oil, Maldon sea salt, and Marcona almonds. Both of these options are perfect for finishing off a low-key lunch.
There is a selection of Italian wines and seasonal spritzes available on the beverage menu at Noci, which helps to round out the experience. Classic drinks include the house Negroni, the Tommy's Margarita, and a Grapefruit and Elderflower Spritz, which is perfect for the summertime.
