Setting a New Standard for Luxury Hospitality in Downtown Jacksonville.

Through Iguana Investments Florida LLC (Iguana Investments), Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Shahid Khan have revealed plans for a new hotel and private residences in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville, which is scheduled to debut in 2026, will play a crucial role in the growth of the Jacksonville Shipyards and usher in a thrilling and historic new chapter for Downtown Jacksonville.

The Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the focal point of the Jacksonville Shipyards, blending imaginative urban design on the banks of the St. Johns River. It will be ideally situated next to the Sports Complex and the proposed Stadium of the Future, a renovated and reimagined EverBank Stadium that will house the Jacksonville Jaguars and host national and international sports and entertainment events for generations to come.

“Four Seasons is incredibly proud to bring our renowned service and hospitality offering to one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States,” says Bart Carnahan, Executive Vice President, Global Business Development and Portfolio Management, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. “As Jacksonville continues to enhance its offerings for people to live, work, and play, we look forward to working with Mr. Khan to expand our presence in Florida and extend our long-time partnership together, contributing to the city’s bright future and achieving our shared vision of building communities and creating exceptional luxury experiences.”

The 170 sumptuously furnished rooms and suites, 26 Private Residences, and four dining and lounge establishments, including a signature rooftop restaurant and bar, an all-day restaurant, a pool bar and grill, and a lobby bar, will be available at the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville.

In addition to a world-class spa, numerous outdoor pools with cabana service, a well-equipped gym, ample meeting and event space, and the well-known Kids For All Seasons Program with activities specifically catered to younger guests, the Hotel will be serviced by the renowned quality and genuine care for which Four Seasons is known. Also, visitors, locals, and residents will have access to a renovated marina offering distinctive experiences along the St. Johns River.

Pininfarina America's first conceptual design for the project laid the groundwork for a brand-new, distinctive luxury destination in Jacksonville. The principal architect is HKS, who collaborates with ODA for interior design and EDSA for landscape design to create a space that is both contemporary and classic. The Bahamas, Maui, Orlando, Denver, and other locations have all seen work by HKS on Four Seasons projects.

With the addition of the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville, the Sunshine State's outstanding collection of real estate will now encompass Orlando, Palm Beach, Surfside, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and a future resort in Naples.

For Khan, owner of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars, it will be the second Four Seasons facility. In September 2016, Khan acquired full control of the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, widely hailed as one of the world's top luxury hotel destinations and the flagship property for the Toronto-based Four Seasons brand. Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is in charge of overseeing the residence, which is situated in the exclusive Yorkville neighborhood.
