THE WORLD’S FIRST MESOTHERAPY TREATMENT

The outer layer of the skin, the epidermis, is constantly turning over to replace dead or damaged cells throughout our lifetime. However, our skin stem cells age with us; their renewal ability deteriorates thereby reducing their ability to repair and regenerate damaged tissues as we get older.

Dr. Elina Tester, the globally renowned molecular biologist, cutting-edge skincare inventor and a team of experts from biotech company, ABG Lab have developed a suite of anti-ageing breakthrough treatments, so advanced that they tackle a range of anti-ageing concerns in as little as 4-8 treatments with visible results after 1 treatment.

Meso-Wharton P199 is the first and only mesotherapy treatment to include Wharton Jelly Peptide P199, (a 72 amino acid formulation) a synthetic analogue resembling the embryonic peptide found in Wharton’s Jelly contained in the umbilical cord and a potential source of adult stem cells – peptide does not contain any stem cells or material of human or animal origin. This treatment triggers stem cell renewal of the skin, altering its structure and stimulating fibroblast (connective tissue which produces collagen and other fibres) synthesis of new collagen and youthful elastin.

Meso-Wharton P199 ® prevents skin immunity suppression or reduction. By sending constant signals, it prevents skin and stem cells from going dormant stimulating the cells to function at a high level thereby allowing them to repair and reproduce efficiently. Hence, Meso-Wharton P199 ® can effectively counteract the age-related depletion of skin cells, the root cause of accelerated skin ageing. Simply put, it triggers skin-rejuvenating biological processes from within and helps to restructure and repair skin by stimulating the natural production of collagen and other components of the extracellular matrix.

Meso-Wharton P199 ® has shown numerous benefits including:

  • Improved skin health, quality, and appearance

  • Regeneration and differentiation of stem cells

  • Restoration of skin cell populations depleted by aging & damage

Meso-Wharton P199 ® and all ABG Lab treatments are now available in the UK including at the multi award winning Harley Street Skin Clinic founded by Dr Aamer Khan and Lesley Reynolds and favoured by celebrities.

Dr Aamer Khan explains: “Regenerative Medicine in aesthetic treatments is the next big growth area in our business and has been at the heart of our practice since 2006. Having practiced and studied this subject extensively, I am very excited and honoured to announce that ABG LAB has launched an innovative and ground-breaking concept to the injectable arena.

"Their hybrid products are a result of years of ground-breaking research and development which has culminated in injectables that specifically target and activate cellular regeneration of the skin. Meso-Wharton P199 is a mesotherapy treatment that targets the skin endogenous stem cells, stimulating their proliferation and differentiation, thereby providing the fundamental basis for skin renewal

"What excites me about ABG Lab products is that they are backed by credible studies, and they offer a science based non-surgical solution for our patients, including older patients, in whom non-surgical options were previously less effective.”

Meso-Wharton P199 is the first and only mesotherapy treatment to use a cosmetic peptide to stimulate stem cell renewal and skin regeneration. Over 2 million doses of Meso-Wharton P199 have been administered. It is available at Harley Street Skin and other London locations with a UK wide roll out planned for summer 2023. Treatment costs vary from £250 - £750 per session with 3-6 sessions recommended.
