Aston Martin is once again venturing beyond the open road and into the world of high design. This time, the British marque has set its sights on Daytona Beach Shores, Florida, where it will collaborate with Valor Real Estate Development to create an 86-unit oceanfront residence that blends architecture, craftsmanship and performance.
Daytona Beach may be best known for the roar of engines from its legendary speedway, but a quieter form of luxury is taking shape nearby. The new development, Aston Martin Residences Daytona Beach Shores, is the latest expression of the brand’s move into real estate, joining earlier projects in Miami and Tokyo’s Omotesandō district. The idea is simple: to translate the precision and artistry of its cars into spaces people can live in.
Behind the project is a long-term partnership between Aston Martin’s in-house design team and Valor Real Estate Development, a company with more than forty years of experience shaping high-end properties across Florida. For both, the goal is to create homes that carry a sense of identity and movement, much like a car that feels alive even when standing still.
Stefano Saporetti, Aston Martin’s Director of Brand Diversification, describes the venture as a natural evolution. “For Aston Martin, real estate is a seamless brand extension,” he says. “Our aim is to meet client demand for exclusive, ultra-luxury living opportunities.”
The location carries symbolic weight. Just a few miles from the Daytona International Speedway, the development overlooks one of the world’s most famous beaches, where endurance and elegance have long shared the same stage. Aston Martin’s racing legacy at Daytona stretches back decades, most recently with the Vantage’s class victory at the 2023 Rolex 24. In 2026, the Valkyrie will make its debut there under the Aston Martin THOR Team banner.
The residences themselves will span 18 floors, covering roughly 320,000 square feet. Two upper levels will feature double-height penthouses, while the building will also include fine dining spaces, an artisan bakery, and private access to the beachfront. The emphasis is on a balance of simplicity and indulgence, with details that reveal themselves gradually, much like the interior of one of the marque’s grand tourers.
Marek Reichman, Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, views the project as another opportunity to push design beyond the automotive world. “Our experience with crafted materials and proportion finds a natural expression in architecture,” he explains. “Every Aston Martin car is an expression of beauty, and the same philosophy guides our approach to living spaces.”
Valor’s CEO, Moises Agami, believes Daytona Beach Shores has all the ingredients to become Florida’s next luxury hub. “It’s a rising star with a community and city leadership that understands the value of vision,” he says. The company is already exploring additional joint ventures with Aston Martin in Mexico City and Tampa Bay.
Scheduled for completion in 2029, the Daytona Beach Shores project marks another step in Aston Martin’s ongoing experiment with lifestyle design. It is part of a broader story about how iconic brands are redefining what luxury means in an age where the lines between car, craft and home are beginning to blur.
