London Concours Thrilling New Addition: The City Challenge

The City Challenge, brought to you by Asetek SimSports, is the newest immersive attraction to join the lineup of the London Concours in 2024. The event is known as the capital's most thrilling summer garden party for automobiles. From June 4 to June 6, drivers from smaller teams and individual competitors will compete to set the fastest lap in a McLaren MP4/4 at the well-known Silverstone track using cutting-edge simulator technology from Asetek SimSports.

You will get the opportunity to drive one of the most renowned British racing cars of all time around one of the most famous circuits in the country for one hour. There will be prizes for the fastest overall driver and the fastest team throughout the city, so it should be a great display of individual and team skill.

Set in the esteemed Prince Consort room within Armoury House, this event provides both a driving test and an exclusive social experience, with capacity for up to 100 people. There will be a real-time scoreboard on the London Concours website.

One hundred pounds gets you in, while five hundred pounds gets you a team of five. The London Concours and all of its exhibits are open to the public all day long with each ticket. This year's event will revolve around a collection of stunning privately owned automobiles, expertly organised into exhibits that honour various facets of car culture. As the Legendary V12 pays tribute to some of the best ever masterpieces fitted with probably the most emotional powerplant in automotive history, British Racing will showcase some of the most stunning British motorsport creations from manufacturers like Jaguar and McLaren. Some courses will pay homage to the many iterations of the Chevrolet Corvette, while others will focus on cutting-edge hypercar design.

Every one of the three days of the 2024 event will include an extra exhibit, after the success of the 2023 event's Porsche RS Day and Supercar Day, which attracted an extra fifty themed automobiles to the HAC grounds. Fifty McLaren supercars will be on exhibit the first day, fifty Jaguar E-Type models the second, and fifty of the newest supercars in partnership with Drivers Union will be on display the last day, which is still known as Supercar Day.
