A Return to the Vintage Era!

In June, Top Marques Monaco will make its triumphant return to the Principality of Monaco, bringing with it a breathtaking display of rare automobiles from the past, the present, and the future.

During the week of June 5th through the 9th, the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco will play host to the international supercar display known as Top Marques. The New York Times has referred to Top Marques Monaco as "the world's most exclusive auto show." To put it another way, it is THE car exhibition for those who are interested in purchasing or selling exclusively designed automobiles.

There are thirteen illustrious brands that have selected the event as the location for the debut of their most recent models. These brands include Audi, Aston Martin, McLaren, Porsche, Laffite Automobili, Bertone, and nanoFlowcell's The New Quant, which is the first battery-free electric vehicle. The event is currently in its nineteenth iteration.

On the other hand, Top Marques is not only an exhibition for the most impressive supercars. For the seventeenth edition of the exhibition, which has been held under the High Patronage of His Serenity Prince Albert II of Monaco since its inception in 2004, the show opened its doors to historic automobiles. This gave lovers of luxury automobiles the opportunity to purchase models from a variety of time periods at the same event.

Some of the highlights of this year's Classic Car Hall exhibition include a 1967 Lamborghini Miura P400 that was presented by DPM Motors and a "Flèche d'Argent" that will be displayed on the stand of the Car Collection of H.S.H. the Prince of Monaco in collaboration with the Musée National de l'Automobile in Mulhouse. The exhibition will feature more than sixty of the finest sports cars from the 20th century.

The second edition of MonacoCarAuctions' 'L'ASTAROSSATM' auction, which will take place on Saturday, June 8th, at 3 p.m., will undoubtedly be one of the most exciting events that will take place at Top Marques 2024. In preparation for this event, MonacoCarAuctions is gradually revealing the automobiles that will be included in the catalogue of this auction, which will be solely devoted to Ferrari. There are a number of classics that will be featured in the series, including models from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, as well as every generation of the Testarossa. These highlights will contribute to a collection that is intended to be as diverse as it has ever been.

"The flagship models of the 2024 edition include a line-up of 330 GTCs, 365 GTCs, 365 GTC/4s, 365 GT2+2s, and a 275 GTS. The latter, a certified Ferrari Classiche with just 3,500 km on the clock since its complete restoration, took part in the legendary Concours d'Élégance at Villa d'Este," said MonacoCarAuctions founder Laurent Blomet yesterday.

"Finally, MonacoCarAuctions will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Testarossa by offering all the generations of this model: “monospecchio” and its unique rear-view mirror, "monodado," 5-bolt, 512 TR, and the rare F512 M will be under the glass roof of the Grimaldi Forum. Of course, the list doesn't end there, as around sixty lots will go under the hammer on 8 June."
