Aston Martin Brings the Heat to Pebble Beach.
Aston Martin, a British ultra-luxury brand, will bring the heat to the famous Monterey Car Week, which runs from Friday, August 18, to Sunday, August 20, as celebrations honor the 110th anniversary of the company. With the presentation of a new model in the world for the first time and the debut of the newly unveiled Aston Martin Valour in North America, this year's Pebble Beach event promises to be one of the most spectacular ever.
The pinnacle of pure, emotional driving sensations is courage. To the pleasure of vehicle aficionados, it is the only front-engine V12 sports car available with a manual gearbox and features an exhilarating end-of-an-era specification. This stunning new special edition will be on display at Aston Martin Club 1913, and the world's most powerful SUV, the DBX707, will debut at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering, on August 18 before traveling to the brand's exclusive weekend destination at Pebble Beach.
The DBX707 is a unique Vehicle. One that propels Aston Martin to the top of its class with a singular blend of lightning-quick speed, unmatched dynamics, unmistakable style, and unsurpassed luxury—an SUV with a sports car-like feel. The DBX707 is the ideal SUV in every way thanks to its brilliant engineering, which is packed with character and enticing capabilities.
Returning on the 18th tee of the Pebble Beach Golf Course, Aston Martin Club 1913 will offer private clubhouse hospitality to invited guests while providing spectacular views of the world's most renowned vintage vehicle event and a panoramic view of Stillwater Cove. The club will showcase some of the most exciting new Aston Martin models, including the Valour, DB12, DBX707, and the AMR23 F1® vehicle, in addition to offering ultra-luxurious hospitality.
The DB12, the first in Aston Martin's upcoming lineup of sports vehicles, is the first supertourer in the world. This new generation of the storied DB bloodline forms its own unique category and offers a quantum change in sports character and dynamic performance. The DB12 demanded a new definition as the world's first super tourer by fusing an exhilarating driving experience with superb refinement, cutting-edge technology, and opulent luxury.
At the Aston Martin Club 1913, a unique Q by Aston Martin studio has also been constructed where clients can immerse themselves in the realm of bespoke with the brand's experts to design an Aston Martin that is entirely unique to them. Also, the Aston Martin crew will be providing limited-edition test drives in the brand-new DB12 and the DBX707, the world's fastest ultra-luxury SUV.
The amazing Aston Martin Valhalla, the company's first hybrid supercar, will be available for owners of the Aston Martin Club 1913 to experience for the first time through the brand-new Aston Martin Valhalla VR Experience.
The heart-pounding Valhalla's technical goal was to provide an unbroken, immersive connection between the driver and the vehicle. With the help of the Valhalla VR Experience, created in collaboration with Zerolight and supported by Nvidia's CloudXR technology, this entire driver-centric experience begins at the specification stage.
Customers may witness a highly realistic digital duplicate of their Vehicle in an immersive 3D universe while donning the totally wireless VR headset. Aston Martin's Valhalla clients may select the precise interior and exterior specifications of their vehicle while virtually sitting inside of it. This makes Aston Martin the first automaker to use CloudXR technology.
Renato Bisignani, Head of Global Marketing and Communications at Aston Martin said: “Pebble Beach is always one of our most important events of the year, but this year its holds even more significance for Aston Martin, as we celebrate our 110th anniversary with a showcase of breathtaking new models, including a world premiere.
“As well as celebrating new entrants to our stunning portfolio, we are also pushing the boundaries of digital technology to provide a glimpse into our future. Through an immersive VR experience we will bring customers virtually inside the cockpit of Valhalla, getting the best understanding yet of this unique, driver-focused, elite performance car.”
During a significant year, the company has continued to commemorate its historic 110th birthday. Aston Martin recently unveiled Valour, an exclusive model strictly limited to 110 examples created to celebrate not only the anniversary milestone but also to provide the most enriching and pure of driving experiences. The company had already unveiled the first of its eagerly anticipated next generation of sports cars, the DB12, to a rapturous reception.
