The brand's brand-new Tropical Fruit taste was inspired by "big summer enjoyment"—smashed waves and outdoor excursions under the sweltering summer heat. The blood orange served as a base for the Waterloo flavour artists' further additions of pineapple, luscious mango, and riper, more complex tropical flavours. The Innovation Team reached their goal, a cheerful, nostalgic, and especially refreshing mix ideal for summer enjoyment everywhere, after 75+ iterations and adding hints of other exotic fruits to the profile. Waterloo's Tropical Fruit is available in chilled cans, in mocktails and cocktails, and in a recipe for Tropical Fruit Bar dessert developed in partnership with renowned chef Curtis Stone.

The most recent addition to Curtis Stone's tasting menu that incorporates Waterloo is this original recipe for Tropical Fruit Bars that was developed to celebrate this new taste. A premium picnic package with the Waterloo-infused dessert bar, trademark charcuterie, cheese, and crudité, cans of Waterloo Tropical Fruit Sparkling Water, and a picnic blanket will also be available for purchase at the Butcher Shop at his Los Angeles restaurant, Gwen. Consumers can purchase baskets beginning on Tuesday, May 16th, for $50 for a 2-person basket and $85 for a 4-person basket, while supplies last. Fans may try out the Tropical Fruit bar recipe at home for those who are unable to pick up their own picnic basket at his LA hotspot.
