Riva El-Iseo at Palm Beach Cavallino Classic Concours d’Elegance
Riva's name is constantly mentioned whenever the topic of discussion shifts to luxurious heritages, style, and beauty. Therefore, it was only logical for the company to be a partner at the exclusive Cavallino Classic Modena, which is the famous worldwide Concours d'Elegance that is held in Modena and is reserved for Ferrari road and racing cars from all different time periods.
The Cavallino Classic Modena is an Italian version of the renowned Palm Beach Cavallino Classic Concours d'Elegance, which this year included a beautiful Riva Anniversario. Already in its fourth edition, the Cavallino Classic Modena is now in its fourth rendition. In accordance with the customary practice, the Cavallino Classic Modena was held in Modena, which is located in the centre of Emilia-Romagna.
Modena is the birthplace of Enzo Ferrari, the man who is credited with bringing the world the Legend of the Reds and the Prancing Horse. In reality, the event was hosted in the evocative setting of Casa Maria Luigia, which is a home that was designed by chef Massimo Bottura and Lara Gilmore. The occasion is devoted to that clever businessman and his exquisite automobiles.
Riva responded to the occasion by bringing to Modena the new Riva El-Iseo, which is the company's first fully electric powerboat. It showcased the boat in the middle of the pond in the park of Casa Maria Luigia, and it also brought scale versions of renowned Riva boats.
With equal admiration was the Riva trophy of honour, which consisted of the famous helm of the Aquarama being handed to the winner of the category "Best of show gran turismo – Finest GT Ferrari Modena 2024" at this Concours d'Elegance. Following the magnificent procession of the 25 automobiles that were competing in the competition through the heart of Modena, the prize ceremony took place on Saturday evening during a gala dinner at Osteria Francescana, which is owned and operated by Massimo Bottura.
