Get ready to pamper your senses from November 23–25 at The Apron Oyster Bar & Grill and Terrazza Italian Restaurant as we host the highly anticipated 'Undercut Night' in partnership with renowned self-taught butcher Jonathan Glover, who will be making his first appearance in Macau. Discover the art of tea infusion with Tea Master Andrew U, who has collaborated with three Chinese restaurants to produce seasonal specialties. One of them is an exquisite abalone dish that has been infused with the subtle tastes of Iron Buddha tea. In addition, Bei Shan Lou will provide unique and delectable tastes from the provinces of Dongbei and Shandong. Some examples of these tastes are the juicy braised pork with abalone and the tempting seafood stew from the iron pot.

"Taste of Macau, Artisans of Flavor" continues to lead the way into the secret world of the palate with the participation of Pang's Kitchen and Sake Sommelier Eric Liu, illuminating the ways in which taste masters push the limits to create an experience that is incomparable.

The "Undercut" night will take place at The Apron Oyster Bar & Grill on November 23, 7:30pm with MOP 1,888 per person including wine pairings and at Terrazza Italian Restaurant on November 24 and 25, 7pm with MOP 1,288 per person including whisky pairing.

The "Undercut" promises to be an engaging, instructive, and gastronomically satisfying trip that will highlight the exquisite flavours of Australian Margaret River Wagyu Beef. While our two skilled chefs lead visitors on a culinary journey from nose to tail, an ambassador of Margaret River will share his knowledge and behind-the-scenes anecdotes, allowing diners a unique insight into the mysteries of this exquisite beef. Glover will share his expertise and behind-the-scenes experiences. They will produce a mouthwatering assortment of mouthwatering M9-grade Wagyu Beef meals with painstaking precision and creative ingenuity that will leave taste buds tingling with ecstasy.

Enjoy the suggested meal, "Double-boiled Abalone and Whelk with Iron Buddha Tea," at Pak Lok Chiu Chow Restaurant. This dish is carefully infused with the essence of iron Buddha tea, which results in a broth that boasts a delicious tea taste that is complimented by a lasting sweetness.

The "Double-boiled Quail Soup with Aged Tangerine Peel and Pu-erh Tea" at Pang's Kitchen is where you should start if you want to go on a nutritious journey.
