"...One of the Most Exciting and Powerful Muscle Cars on the Road.

The all-new, seventh-generation 2024 Ford S650 Mustang Dark Horse will receive high-performance supercharged enhancements, according to Hennessey Performance, a Texas-based builder of hypercars and high-performance vehicles. The complete turn-key kit significantly increases engine power and improves the exterior of the most recent model of America's renowned pony car.

Ford's Gen-4 Coyote 5.0-liter V8 is installed in the totally rebuilt "S650" Mustang Dark Horse. To get a factory rating of 500 horsepower, the carmaker equips the Dark Horse with GT500 connecting rods and a dual throttle body. Tremec 6-speed manual gearboxes with 3.73 ratios or Ford's 10-speed automatic transmission are the two options for the 2024 Dark Horse (3.55 gearing). The track-focused Mustang has multi-piston Brembo performance brakes that have been improved on both axles, regardless of the gearbox option.

The Mustang's V8 engine has been improved with a high-performance supercharger, a high-flow air induction system, updated fuel injectors, and a new fuel pump by Hennessey's skilled specialists, who have been "making fast vehicles faster" for 32 years. The "H850" Dark Horse's output of 850 horsepower and 650 lb-ft of torque after calibration with an HPE Engine Management software upgrade is a 70% boost in power!

The Hennessey "H850" Ford Mustang Dark Horse is cosmetically improved with a chic front splitter, carbon-fiber side skirts, and a carbon-fiber rear spoiler to go along with its powerful engine. A gorgeous set of forged aluminum alloy wheels completes the outside visual improvements. The head restraints are embroidered with the Hennessey logo, while the quarter panels and rear fascia are decorated with Hennessey lettering and badging. Optional "Heritage" graphics are available.

John Hennessey, company founder, and CEO: "Our supercharged Mustang builds have continually been customer favorites over the years, and Ford's improved S650 platform will prove to be its most capable. Without question, our supercharged 850 horsepower Dark Horse model will be one of the most exciting and powerful muscle cars on the road – sure to turn heads with its distinctive supercharger wail and exhaust note."
